Visual Trend filters update

This update adds visualization of trend filters in our indicators.

When a trend filter based on the price of the trading pair is activated, the filter values and the color of the signal direction will be displayed on the chart.

This functionality will help users visually adjust trend filters without using additional indicators on the chart.

Settings

Trendfilter_OnChart – enable visualization of the trend filters on chart
Trendfilter_BuyColor – color of the buy arrows
Trendfilter_SellColor – color of the sell arrows
Trendfilter_BuyArrowType – code of the buy arrows
Trendfilter_SellArrowType – type of the sell arrows
Trendfilter_ArrowWidth – width of trend filter arrows
Trendfilter_ArrowsDrawBar – amount of bars to display the trend filter values
